Company Drivers
Starting pay 27% of Gross Revenue
After four years 28% of Gross Revenue
Dead Head Pay 25 cents per mile
Layover Pay $75
Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance with family coverage available.
401K Retirement. Company matches first 4 percent.
Owner Operators
70% of Gross Revenue pulling company trailer.
76% of Gross Revenue pulling your trailer.
100% of Fuel Surcharge goes to Owner Operator
